Des Forges lives in Auckland, New Zealand.
He has
an M.A. in Philosophy from the University of Auckland and
a Diploma in Psychosocial Studies from Auckland University
of Technology.
He has
been a keen follower of technology since getting an Atari
2600 video game at the age of 10. Mac and Xbox hold his attention
these days, though he remains a keener chess player than video
gamer.
He has
taught computing, communication, psychology and business ethics
at tertiary level.
In 2004 he works a full-time father and artist.
