Martín Restrepo, 24, student of Electronics Engineering
in the Santo Tomás University in Bogotá – Colombia,
student member of the IEEE and member of the IEEE Nanotechnology
Council.
Martin co-founded the IEEE Colombia National Nanoscience
and Nanotechnology Council, he is the Student Liaison Representative
of the same organization, he is the past-president of the
IEEE Student Branch in his University and he was the National
Student Liaison Representative of the IEEE Colombia Section
in 2004, he is an active volunteer into the IEEE.
Martin has been interested in: Cancer and nanotechnology,
nanoelectronics, nanofotonics, spinotronics, nanomaterials,
computacional nanotechnoscience, quantum and molecular computation,
nanorobotics, bionanotechnoscience, ethical and social implications
of the nanotechnoscience and education and training on nanotechnoscience.
