today announced it has moved its factory and corporate
headquarters from Burbank to a new facility in Van
Nuys, California, spurred by the company's growth.
The new site is 39,300 square feet, nearly twice
the size of the previous location.
The building, located at 7911 Haskell Avenue, contains
a state-of-the-art custom-built clean room for manufacturing
the company's unique brand of three-dimensional micro-devices
using EFAB™, Microfabrica's proprietary
process technology. EFAB™ brings a new
paradigm to micro-manufacturing, offering unprecedented
flexibility, ease-of-use and quick time-to-market
in a wide range of applications, including wireless,
consumer electronics, automotive and military/aerospace.
