Del.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Dec. 14, 2005--Nano Chemical
Systems Holdings, Inc. (OTCBB:NCSH), today announced
the filing of a patent for a temporary taggant product.
This is a product that is delivered by an aerosol
process and yields a bright fluorescent color to
denote an emergency location or a previously examined
area for emergency personnel, law enforcement and
the military. This product when applied will glow
for a period of one-half hour in gradation up to
two hours, depending on the desired use and temperature.
When desired, the product can be erased by the application
of water. This is a completely new formulation by
the company technical staff and is currently available
for testing. Sales efforts have not yet begun, nor
is there a name selected for the product.
Nano Chemical Systems Holdings, Inc. is a newly
activated entity which is in the process of developing
the uses of Nanotechnology products applying Ti02
to block ultra violet rays and which can be delivered
in an aerosol container. The company has recently
acquired a subsidiary that leases a 36,000 square
foot manufacturing facility that contains offices,
a laboratory and manufacturing capacity to support
the manufacture of substantial quantities of aerosol-based
products.
