Kidde Acquires Worldwide License for the Manufacturing, Marketing and Distribution of All-Clear(TM) Decontamination Foam From US Global Nanospace

Under the terms of the license agreement, Kidde has purchased the worldwide rights to manufacture, market and distribute All-Clear to Kidde's worldwide distribution network for which US Global Nanospace will receive a license fee and percentage of All-Clear sales. Kidde has also purchased the rights to use the All-Clear trademark from USGN.

Commenting on the agreement, Doug Vaday -- Managing Director of the Industrial Fire Protection Division of Kidde, said: "Adding All-Clear to our foam products range allows us to offer an effective and non-corrosive chemical and biological decontamination solution to our customers. All-Clear addresses the need to decontaminate military, industrial and agricultural areas compromised by the threat of a Chemical or Biological (CB) agent safely and rapidly with an effective, non-corrosive, non-oxidizing, stable and economical decontamination solution. All-Clear is non-toxic, biodegradable and environmentally friendly. All-Clear is the only specially formulated and patented solution available worldwide that is both enzyme and biocide foam based, making it highly effective against various chemical and biological threats such as Sarin or Anthrax. All-Clear foam contains enzymes capable of selectively destroying chemical nerve agents and a biocide mixture designed to sanitize biological agents.
