World Corp. by agreement with MB Tech. The purpose
is for military marketing and sales, worldwide. This
organization can create a more active presence on
a more hands-on solid foundation for military sales
and marketing exclusively. MB Tech acquires 20% of
initial issuance of stock of Nano Equities World Corp.

headed by Dr. Jae Jin Lee (President of Teltron Krs.).
With over 90 patents to his credit, Dr. Lee has been
a lecturer at MIT and is invited as a guest speaker
with CANEUS Convention, represented worldwide by leading
interested parties in the field of Nano Science. His
involvement with MB Tech and his continued presence
are highly revered and hence we will accompany him
to this important event.
